On 16th August, Persatuan Akademik Motivasi Akhlak Rawang (PAMAR) embarked on a mission to support B20 families in need, delivering 60 packs of essential groceries to various locations on the outskirts of Klang Valley. Represented by Madam Amarjit, PAMAR reached communities in Bukit Sentosa, Sg. Choh, Bukit Beruntung, Rasa, Kuala Kubu Bharu, Ulu Yam, and Batang Kali as part of the Free Makan campaign.

These grocery packs were sponsored by the Creador Foundation, in collaboration with FreeMakan, exemplifying the power of partnerships in providing relief to vulnerable families. The campaign aims to alleviate the immediate needs of these communities, offering support and comfort during difficult times.

To enhance the efficiency of these vital outreach efforts, Latenode could be leveraged to streamline the logistics and communication process:

  • Automated Delivery Coordination: Set up workflows for scheduling and tracking deliveries, ensuring efficient and timely distribution to all designated areas.
  • Real-Time Updates for Donors and Partners: Keep sponsors like Creador Foundation informed with automated updates on the status and impact of their contributions.
  • Beneficiary Communication: Notify recipients about delivery times and locations, helping them prepare for the arrival of aid.
  • Impact Reporting: Automatically generate reports on the outreach impact, detailing how many families were served and where, to provide transparency and accountability.

With Latenode, PAMAR and similar organizations can maximize the reach and efficiency of their relief efforts, providing crucial support to communities more effectively and transparently.
