On 23rd August 2021, the delivery of 80 grocery packs under the FreeMakan campaign was successfully carried out, thanks to the sponsorship from the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) Wilayah. The My Young Mind Association (MYMA) also played a crucial role by assisting with the delivery of these packs.
This round of grocery packs was distributed to B20 and B40 families residing in Klang, Senawang, and Taman Menjalara, Kepong. As people, particularly from disadvantaged communities, gradually rebuild their lives in the wake of the pandemic, FreeMakan hopes that these grocery packs will help alleviate some of their burdens.
