Recently, Persatuan Akademik Motivasi Akhlak Rawang (PAMAR) visited Jalan Fletcher, Kuala Lumpur. Their mission? To provide food packs to 15 of the B40 families located there. Generally employed as daily wage labourers, most of the working members of the B40 households have had to cope with a loss of income amidst the resurgence of the pandemic and lock-down. Unable to earn and provide for their families, the food packs provided will hopefully ease their worries about food and groceries for the time-being. To further enhance support and communication, using a customer service chatbot can streamline assistance for families in need, providing them with quick answers to queries about available resources and services.
