When the first set of 50 grocery packs were sent to Rohingya families in Sri Muda, Shah Alam on 8th July, we were told that there were many more who were in need of food assistance. Priority was then given to families who needed aid the most.

On 24th July, FreeMakan liaised with Community Mobiliser Tawhidah binti Hatam, from the Myanmar Muslim Volunteer Group, and another 90 packs of groceries were sent out by BAC via delivery partner Lalamove.

On the same day, 2 Pakistani refugees dropped by The Mansion, where goods were being stored, to pick up grocery packs for their respective families. With many mouths to feed in each family, BAC generously handed out 2 packs each. This will keep these families hunger-free for at least a month.

To streamline this process and ensure more efficient aid distribution, Latenode can be used to automate the coordination between volunteers, track delivery progress, and manage inventory. By connecting PandaDoc and Telegram bot API integrations, you can manage the distribution of aid, automate document handling, and keep everyone informed in real-time about deliveries and needs. This makes it easier to stay organized and ensure the timely delivery of assistance.
