On the 9th of July, 40 Lalamove drivers were assigned to deliver 401 packs of groceries to families living in Kajang, Rawang, Ampang, PPR Semarak and Gombak. FreeMakan is so grateful to Lalamove and their wonderful drivers⁠ for promptly delivering the food aid to these families.

Deliveries were successful but not without their own set of challenges. Families living in PPRs within EMCO areas could not collect their food aid until after 12pm. However, we managed to ensure they received their groceries.

All of these struggles are worth it, knowing that some suffering has been alleviated and there will be food on their tables for the weeks to come!
